SENATE BILL NO. 289 An Act establishing and relating to the                    
Alaska Board of Technical and Vocational Education; and providing              
for an effective date was read the second time.                                
                                                                               
Senator Mackie moved that SENATE BILL NO. 289 be held in                       
second reading to the April 10 calendar. Without objection, it was             
so ordered.
